Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do I need?
You will require, Dumbbells (atleast 2-3 sets), Long bands (multiple) that can attach to a door OR long loop bands that you can attach to a pole/stair railing/treadmill etc), Loop bands for around legs.
Optional: Pilates ball (can use a kids ball), Bench (can use a chair), Kettlebell (Dumbbells can be used)

Do I need to have done the 8-Week progression before I do this? 
This is a more ADVANCED program and assumes that if you have Diastasis or Pelvic floor issues you have ALREADY address the foundational workouts (you should know how to breathe, engage your core, Plank, and have a general knowledge of how to lift weights). The 8 week progression goes through all of this.

What formats do the workouts come in?
All workouts are done as a "follow-along" video.
All strength workouts also come with a PDF (which includes pictures) so you can do them at your own pace OR repeat circuits to create a longer workout if you have the time available.

What if I can't exercise 5 days a week? 
This is a common concern, and warrented. Consistency is key, and by making the workouts short (around 15mins) hopefully that makes it much easier to fit them in. But bottom line is that a lot of Moms won't be able to commit to the full 5 days, and that is fine - adjust the days so it works best for your schedule.

How long will I have access to this program? 
You will have ongoing access to the program.

What is your refund policy? 
There is a 14-day money back guarentee. You can request a refund if you are not satisfied with the program within 14 days and recieve a full refund. However, please understand you will be removed from the program site should you decide it is not for you and lose access to all bonuses as well.
